About The Position

Snack Innovations is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods company focused on better-for-you snacks. It operates as a private-label manufacturer and a direct-to-consumer snack brand innovator. The company is seeking a Deductions Analyst to manage, reconcile, and clear customer deductions. The analyst will research, analyze, document, and resolve deduction claims in accordance with company standards and procedures. The role suits an organized, detail-oriented communicator who can work independently and across teams.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A results-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to completing projects.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet month-end close deadlines.

Nice To Haves

An undergraduate degree in business is preferred.
Experience with trade management systems.

Responsibilities

Gather supporting claim documentation and investigate and analyze customer deductions to validate their accuracy.
Analyze recurring deduction trends, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Operations to validate deductions and ensure timely, appropriate resolution.
Partner with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related discrepancies and risks affecting deductions or payments.
Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports covering deductions, KPIs, and root-cause analysis.
