Requirements

• 1+ year(s) of experience in operations, finance, sales, or customer account support required.
• Prior transportation or logistics industry experience required.
• Associate's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Must possess strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess basic knowledge of operational systems and tools relevant to the role.
• Must be proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing reporting and partnering with team to deliver required weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Provide daily operational and system support.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, support process improvements, and deliver accurate reporting to drive efficiency and support business objectives.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the team, including market updates, monitoring queues, and resolving or escalating issues.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs, including cost per mile, cost per shipment, trailer dwell time, yard velocity, dock productivity, and forecast accuracy.
• Create internal customer reporting as required.
• Monitor assigned loads and document issues, resolutions, and escalations as needed.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Compile, validate, and route invoice data and support documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and perform basic data validation to support operational decision-making.
• Coordinate customer and operational requirements across ship points, planning teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, transportation planners, yard managers, and drivers to diagnose operational challenges and support solution development.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• As needed, perform duties within any area of Driver Support to maintain smooth workflow and service quality.
• Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
