About The Position

Drivers will pick up loads within a 275-mile radius (occasionally up to 500-mile radius) of the distribution center and return to the facility. This role may include multiple pickups per day and trailer swaps, including dropping empty trailers and hooking to loaded trailers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A).
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Previous experience in truck driving or related fields.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Good communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet attendance and safety expectations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Perform backhaul routes within a 275-mile radius.
• Conduct trailer swaps as needed (drop and hook).
• Accurately track and maintain required logs and documentation.
• Inspect vehicle before and after each trip and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Communicate delays, incidents, or issues promptly to dispatch.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
