About The Position

This job offers various trucking career options for CDL A drivers, focusing on maximizing earnings through more miles, significant bonuses, and competitive starting CPMs. The company provides training for individuals without a CDL, covering the costs to help them start a trucking career. New drivers typically begin in the OTR division and must accumulate 20,000 safe miles before being eligible to switch to other lanes. Route availability and experience are factors in assignments. Solo OTR drivers can average 2,500+ miles per week and earn additional performance pay. Team drivers can significantly increase their pay potential, starting at $.55 CPM with a pay raise after three months, and averaging 5,000 miles per week with priority loads. A Lease Purchase program is available for those interested in running their own mini-business, offering potential earnings of up to $3,500/week with fuel incentives and 24/7 Road Rescue support. Additionally, an opportunity to become a Driver Mentor is offered, providing incentives of up to $25,000/year, including an extra $200/week and bonus opportunities for each trainee, while helping new drivers develop safe habits. Experienced drivers are also welcome.
