Solo OTR drivers can average 2,500+ miles per week and earn additional performance pay. Team drivers can significantly increase their pay potential, starting at $.55 CPM with a pay raise after three months, and averaging 5,000 miles per week with priority loads. A Lease Purchase program is available for those interested in running their own mini-business, offering potential earnings of up to $3,500/week with fuel incentives and 24/7 Road Rescue support. Additionally, an opportunity to become a Driver Mentor is offered, providing incentives of up to $25,000/year, including an extra $200/week and bonus opportunities for each trainee, while helping new drivers develop safe habits.
