About The Position

We are seeking a Dedicated CDL-A Solo Driver to operate across all Northeast states, including New England and as far south as Virginia. This role involves serving multiple customers with a mix of live loads, live unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hooks. Drivers living within 300 miles of Syracuse, NY (Zip 13212) are encouraged to apply, with hiring hubs in NY, MA, NJ, CT, and surrounding areas. We offer weekly home time, with the option to stay out one weekend to maximize production and miles. Both day and night shifts are available, and weekend work is required. Flexible earned time off is also provided.

Requirements

Valid CDL-A.
Drivers living within 300 miles of Syracuse, NY (Zip 13212).
Willingness to undergo mandatory pre-employment toxicology evaluations utilizing hair follicle analysis and urinalysis testing.
Open to trainees and experienced first-seat drivers.
No required endorsements.

Responsibilities

Benefits

Average $1,700 weekly pay.
Starting mileage pay at $0.80 per mile for 0–1 years, increasing by $0.01 per year to a max of $0.85 per mile.
3-month guarantee pay after first solo dispatch.
