Regional Recruiter - Northeast

Legacy Service Partners Career•Harrisburg, PA

About The Position

The Regional Recruiter owns a portfolio of partner businesses across the Northeast and manages full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding handoff. The role combines recruiting execution with strategic advising, using market intelligence, a disciplined process, and consultative judgment to help partner businesses build workforce capacity. The recruiter works with Regional Leaders, General Managers, and Department Leads to align on hiring priorities and staffing needs, while maintaining accurate, current candidate records in UKG and communicating proactively with partners and candidates. Success means prioritizing hires that build the most capacity, sustaining an active candidate pipeline, providing partners with clear and timely updates, and delivering a respectful candidate experience. The position includes a 90-day onboarding plan: learning the business and operating system in the first 30 days, beginning sourcing and candidate submissions during days 31–60, and building partner trust and independent ownership during days 61–90.
