Dedicated CDL-A Driver - Home Weekly - Paid Training - Store Delivery
About The Position
This dedicated store-delivery driving job is based out of the Olive Branch, Mississippi distribution center and provides home time once a week. Drivers make full hand unloads at retail stores and are paid per mile, unload, and stop. The role involves night driving, tight backing areas, and some weekend and holiday work; calendar holidays are normally off. Average weekly gross pay is $1,300 to $1,700. Pay includes $0.50 per mile on all miles, $200 per unload, $25 per stop, a $100 weekly bonus for being available five days with no service failures or accidents, $40 for loads under 100 miles, and $50 for backhauls plus mileage. New CDL holders receive paid training with an experienced trainer and $650 per week in training pay. Orientation pays $300, and travel is covered.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
- Live within 125 miles of Olive Branch, Mississippi.
- New drivers must have at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school; experienced drivers must have six months of OTR experience in the last 12 months.
- Have no more than two moving violations in two years.
- Have no major preventable accidents in five years.
- Have no DUI/DWI in the past five to ten years.
- Pass hair and urine drug testing.
Responsibilities
