The purpose of this position is to provide ADHOC reporting and data analysis to support statutory requirements and senior management goals and objectives. The role ensures timely, accurate, and standard calculation methodology in financials and statistical reporting. The individual will administer the consolidated financial application Oi and be the primary user of the Oi database and various other internal information systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education/experience in Information Systems, Health Administration or Accounting
  • Three to five (3-5) years hospital/healthcare accounting/finance experience
  • Proficient in MS office products including Access, Word and PowerPoint with expertise in excel using formulas, pivot tables, graphing, and other features

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hospital patient accounting systems
  • Use of software for data analysis, extraction, and manipulation (e.g., SQL, Meditech,)
  • Data visualization (e.g., MS Office BI tools)
  • Analytic automation (e.g. scripting, macros)
