Accuity partners with hospitals and health systems through a technology-enabled, physician-led model that improves clinical documentation integrity, coding accuracy, reimbursement optimization, and quality outcomes. The Director, Decision Support provides leadership for Accuity’s client reporting and performance analytics functions. This role ensures delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that helps internal teams and clients understand financial performance, operational trends, and program impact. The Director leads the reporting team, strengthens analytical rigor and quality control, and partners with Client Success and operational leaders to explain performance variability, identify drivers of change, and support data-informed decision making across client engagements.
