About The Position

The Vegas Live Casino Network Dealertainer creates an engaging and entertaining experience for guests participating in live-streamed casino games. The role combines table games dealing with hosting, guest interaction, on-camera performance, content contribution, and brand representation for Plaza Hotel & Casino and Vegas Live Casino Network. Dealtainers deal games accurately while protecting game integrity and maintaining regulatory compliance, and they interact with in-studio guests, online viewers, cast members, and production staff to foster a fun, social, and welcoming atmosphere. The position includes participation in livestreams, recorded content, promotional appearances, special events, interviews, photography and video production, and social media initiatives. Gaming sessions and related content may be recorded, broadcast, livestreamed, and distributed across social media, YouTube, television, and other media platforms. Team Members work in a dedicated non-smoking gaming studio. The role may also involve off-property marketing activities and requires a flexible schedule that can include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotional events, and special appearances. Dealtainers receive guaranteed daily tokes and participate in a Vegas Live Casino Network tip pool separate from the property's casino dealer tip pool. The ideal candidate is outgoing, charismatic, confident on camera, comfortable engaging diverse audiences, and passionate about gaming, entertainment, and hospitality. Candidates with an established social media following are encouraged to apply; opportunities to expand an audience through livestreams, promotional content, special events, and social media initiatives may be available. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Demonstrated proficiency dealing at least two of Blackjack, Baccarat, and Single Zero (European) Roulette.
Exceptional communication, guest engagement, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
Outgoing, energetic, professional personality and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Comfort working in a live-streamed, recorded, and highly visible gaming and entertainment environment.
Ability to project confidence and professionalism with guests, online viewers, and production personnel.
Ability to successfully complete a dealing audition and an on-camera personality/performance audition.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to represent Plaza Hotel & Casino and Vegas Live Casino Network positively.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, promotional events, and special appearances.
Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and certifications.
Must complete required compliance training, including Title 31 training and testing, within established timeframes.
Knowledge of Blackjack, Baccarat, and Single Zero (European) Roulette procedures, rules, and gameplay.

Nice To Haves

One year or more of table games dealing experience.
Proficiency dealing all three of Blackjack, Baccarat, and Single Zero (European) Roulette.
Experience in a party pit, high-energy gaming environment, casino promotions, hospitality, entertainment, or another guest-facing role.
Previous experience in livestreaming, broadcast, television, content creation, entertainment, or a filmed environment.
Experience as a presenter, performer, host, influencer, brand ambassador, public-facing personality, gaming representative, or in a similar audience-engagement role.
Established social media presence and familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, or similar platforms.
Experience creating content or participating in promotional, marketing, media, or public relations activities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deal Blackjack, Baccarat, Single Zero Roulette, and other assigned table games accurately and in compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and departmental procedures.
Interact with guests, online viewers, and participants during live-streamed gaming sessions to create engaging and memorable experiences.
Serve as a host, entertainer, and Vegas Live Casino Network brand ambassador with a positive, energetic, and professional presence.
Maintain a polished and confident on-camera presence during livestreams, recorded content, promotional appearances, and special events.
Build rapport with guests and foster a fun, social, welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and repeat visitation.
Explain game rules, procedures, wagers, and outcomes clearly and professionally.
Process buy-ins, payouts, and chip transactions accurately while maintaining game protection and regulatory compliance.
Represent Plaza Hotel & Casino and Vegas Live Casino Network professionally when interacting with guests, viewers, content creators, production personnel, community partners, and the public.
Collaborate with supervisors, production personnel, and marketing teams on livestreams, recorded content, special events, tournaments, and promotional initiatives.
Participate in photography sessions, video production, livestreams, interviews, media appearances, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities.
Contribute to Vegas Live Casino Network content through authentic guest interactions and support the growth of the company's digital and social media presence.
Participate in auditions, training, coaching, and development related to table games, guest engagement, entertainment, public speaking, and on-camera performance.
Remain alert to suspicious activity and report concerns according to company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations.
