About The Position

The Dealership Service Manager at Countryside McDonough is responsible for overseeing dealership service operations. This role involves hiring, training, and managing employees, preparing budgets, maintaining financial records, and building strong relationships with both staff and customers. The position requires a commitment to exceptional customer service, adherence to site-specific and brand-specific procedures, and a team-oriented attitude with a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor. Team members are treated with dignity and respect, and are expected to prioritize customer service. The role may require evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. All employees are hired as temporary employees for a 90-day introductory period, during which their performance is reviewed to determine continued employment. Temporary employees are not eligible for benefits during this period.
