About The Position

This position is for a Dealership Sales Manager at Countryside McDonough. The role involves supervising and motivating salespeople, promoting strategies to sell cars and other vehicles, and performing other managerial duties such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals. Team members are expected to prioritize customer service, be team players with a positive attitude, and follow site-specific procedures. All team members are treated with dignity and respect. The job requires evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. This position is subject to a 90-day introductory period, during which employees are considered temporary and not eligible for benefits. After the introductory period, performance will be reviewed for continued employment.
