About The Position

Countryside McDonough is seeking a Dealership Used Sales Manager to supervise and motivate salespeople, promote strategies to sell cars and other vehicles, and perform other managerial duties such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals. As a team member, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service skills and any duties assigned by management. This role requires evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. The company participates in the E-verify program and has a 90-day introductory period for all new employees, during which they are considered temporary and not eligible for benefits.
