About The Position

Countryside McDonough is seeking Dealership Commission Sales Associates who prioritize customer service and are team players with a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Team members are treated with dignity and respect and are required to follow site-specific and brand-specific procedures to ensure consistent and quality customer experiences. This is a commission-based sales role where associates help clients find vehicles, explain services and financing, overcome objections, negotiate prices, and close sales. All team members are responsible for exceptional customer service and any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Ability to walk and stand continuously
  • Lift up to 60 lbs
  • Bend, stoop
  • Climbing a ladder is required on occasion

Responsibilities

  • Helping clients find a vehicle by asking them thoughtful questions and listening to their answers.
