About The Position

The Dealership Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicles, working with lending agencies, selling warranties and aftermarket products, and managing cash. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a team-player attitude, and the ability to follow site-specific and brand-specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences. The position is with Countryside McDonough, a privately owned, community-oriented company where customer service is the top priority.

Requirements
