Build enriching relationships with customers to develop a lasting clientele.
Use consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Learn vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Deliver professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to support successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
