About The Position

The associate reports to the Sales Manager and provides updates on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. The position offers a commission-based pay structure, a training salary of $2,600 for the first month, and monthly and annual bonuses.

Responsibilities

Build lasting customer relationships and develop a long-term clientele.
Use consultative selling skills to help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully.
Continuously develop product and sales knowledge and become an authority on the vehicles.
Learn product offerings, optional packages, and current vehicle technologies.
Give professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to support successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
Bring a positive attitude to work each day.
