About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Dealership Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager at Countryside McDonough. The company is privately owned, community-oriented, and prioritizes customer service and teamwork. Team members are expected to be engaged, display a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude, and be treated fairly with dignity and respect. Team members are required to follow site-specific/brand-specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences. The F&I Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicles, working with lending agencies, selling warranties and aftermarket products, and managing cash. As a team member, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service skills and any duties assigned by management. The role requires evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. This position participates in the E-verify program and has a 90-day introductory period, during which all employees are considered temporary and are not eligible for benefits. Performance is reviewed at the end of the introductory period to determine continued employment.
