As a Dealership Appointment Coordinator, you’ll be the engine that drives growth for our service department! This phone-focused role, with an emphasis on outbound calls, is all about connecting with guests, booking and confirming appointments, and following up to ensure they show. Requirements

  • Call center or phone-heavy customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with a guest-focused, professional approach
  • Confidence working independently in a high-volume, metrics-driven role
  • Organized and reliable, with a positive mindset and motivation to deliver results
  • Enjoys a fast pace and finds satisfaction in turning steady call activity into real appointments
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls, texts, and emails to guests to schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Managing inbound calls with care, turning each interaction into a positive guest experience
  • Following up with guests who haven’t booked or missed appointments to keep schedules full, guests engaged, and maximize show rates
  • Perform other essential tasks as needed
