About The Position

Penske Automotive Operations, a division of Penske Automotive Group, is looking for a motivated individual to join our Business Development Center as an Appointment Coordinator and help deliver extraordinary customer experiences. Hourly pay for this position is $20-21 per hour, and bonus potential of up to $1,200 per month. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will promptly, professionally, and courteously assist customers in connecting with our team members and arrange sales and service appointments in a call center environment.

  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  • Ability to interact well with a diverse group of people
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Nice To Haves

  • One year prior experience in a dealership; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and one to two years of related experience and/or training in a customer service or receptionist or similar position.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service appointments for our guests efficiently and accurately.
  • Answer basic questions about service hours, appointment availability, and general maintenance needs.
  • Deliver a flawless guest experience on every call ... ensuring professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with dealership teams to ensure smooth communication and scheduling coordination.
  • Promptly, professionally, and courteously assist customers in connecting with our team members and arrange sales and service appointments in a call center environment.
