About The Position

The Dealer conducts casino games according to Enterprise procedures and gaming laws, creating a friendly and entertaining table environment. The role requires courteous, respectful interactions with guests, adapting to novice and experienced players, and managing the game at a pace that benefits the casino without aggravating players. The Dealer completes paperwork accurately and promptly, maintains Title 31 compliance, and applies RBS certification knowledge. The position may also assist in other departments when needed or for training, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must qualify for a Tribal Key Gaming license.
• Must pass a math test.
• Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
• Guest relations ability is essential.
• Must remain calm and maintain concentration under pressure.
• Must not be color blind.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, bending, and reaching.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

• Treat players with courtesy, diplomacy, and respect, showing patience and understanding toward novice players and adapting to experienced players.
• Conduct games according to Enterprise procedures and control the game at a pace that benefits the casino without aggravating players.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner according to current procedures.
• Maintain RBS certification and apply that knowledge daily.
• Maintain Title 31 compliance accurately.
• Assist in other departments when necessary or for training purposes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
