About The Position

As a Table Games Dealer, you deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the integrity and smooth operation of the casino floor. You manage assigned games with precision and professionalism and support departmental standards for service, compliance, and entertainment. Your attentiveness, game knowledge, and upbeat interactions help create a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience dealing multiple games, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to manipulate cards, dice, chips, and gaming devices such as roulette wheels and craps sticks.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards required by the company, including Nevada Gaming Registration.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make change and exchange chips for cash.
• Handle payoff transactions and collect losing bets.
• Receive chips delivered to the table (fills), verify amounts, and place chips on the table.
• Count and verify chips returning to the cage (credits).
• Notify the floor person of irregularities in the game.
• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Ensure compliance with applicable gaming laws, company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, when applicable.
• Provide timely, outstanding guest service to guests and fellow team members in accordance with company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
