About The Position

The Dealer creates a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for guests while dealing table games. The role requires knowledge of the games dealt, appropriate game protection and pace, and prompt, accurate payouts. Dealers handle table fills and credits and open and close tables by verifying chip inventory. They must comply with company and departmental policies, Nevada Gaming Regulations, and internal controls. The position requires flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, as business needs dictate.

Requirements

• Pass a live audition on one or more table games.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Have excellent organizational and presentation skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, including attention to producing quality results.
• Address team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential, and helpful manner.
• Be flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends, as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward guests.
• Make eye contact, greet guests by name when known upon their arrival at the table, and thank them for playing when they leave.
• Know all aspects of the games dealt.
• Comply with company and departmental policies and procedures, Nevada Gaming Regulations, and internal controls.
• Ensure appropriate game protection and pace for all players.
• Make payouts quickly and accurately.
• Fill and credit tables by verifying chips.
• Open and close tables by verifying all chip inventory.
