As a Dealer Sales Manager, you’ll be part of our Independent Retail team working as a remote employee. You will get to grow, develop, and drive sales within a specific region or market. You will manage Dealer inventories to ensure appropriate category growth by market and to increase category penetration in underdeveloped markets. This role involves executing new dealer onboarding, including prospecting, completing paperwork, and training. You will also attend meetings and shows, handle parts lookups, reorders, and pricing issues, and work with dealers to resolve service and warranty issues. The ideal candidate is a field-based employee who is comfortable traveling 50-60% of the time and handling hauling a trailer with equipment over 50% of the time, while also meeting DOT requirements where applicable.
