About The Position

First Community Credit Union is seeking an Indirect Dealer Relationship Manager based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role manages FCCU’s Dealer Indirect Program and works directly with dealerships to secure and maintain production relationships. The qualified candidate must have a successful track record in dealer lending as a buyer or dealer representative. Compensation includes a base salary and a lucrative commission.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to four years of similar or related experience in the auto finance industry.
• Successful track record in dealer lending as a buyer or dealer representative.

• Manage the credit union’s Dealer Indirect Program.
