About The Position

Autocartel is hiring a Dealer Lot Services Specialist to support dealerships with automotive photography and videography. The specialist travels to assigned dealerships in the Lemmon Ave area of Dallas on scheduled days to photograph and video vehicle inventory, then uploads the media and vehicle information to the company’s internal system. This hands-on role is suited to self-starters who can work independently, enjoy being around cars, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

The role involves outdoor physical work for up to eight hours daily, driving a variety of vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions, and maintaining reliable, professional communication with dealership clients. The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule; full-time employees may average 30–35 hours per week. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with production-based bonuses available after the first 30 days. After the 60th day, the base rate increases to $17.50 per hour while bonus eligibility continues. The posting says most employees average $25–$35 per hour when bonuses are included.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area.
• Stage and photograph vehicles according to Autocartel standards.
• Capture walkaround videos for online platforms.
• Upload photos and videos to the internal system.
• Enter accurate vehicle data efficiently.
• Communicate consistently and professionally with dealerships and managers.
• Perform physical work outdoors for up to eight hours daily.
• Drive a variety of vehicles, including those with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Visit dealerships consistently and maintain timeliness and accuracy to support ongoing client relationships.
• Use productive thinking and self-discipline to manage time efficiently, including travel time and routes.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
