About The Position

Autocartel is hiring a Dealer Lot Services Specialist to support dealership clients with automotive photography and videography. The specialist travels to dealerships in the Centennial and Parker, Colorado areas, stages and captures vehicles, and uploads media and vehicle information to the company’s internal system. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves working outdoors and independently, driving a variety of vehicles, and maintaining accurate, timely, professional service for dealership clients. The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Although listed as full-time, employees may average 30–35 hours per week. Starting pay is $18 per hour; after the first 30 days, employees receive $18 per hour plus production-based bonuses. The posting states that most employees average $25–$35 per hour when bonuses are included.

Requirements

Reliable transportation.
Clean driving and criminal record.
High-speed internet and a home printer.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfort working outdoors in active, fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to adapt to changing routes and schedules.
Car photography experience, or interest and ability to learn.
One year of experience in a customer service position.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Required driver’s license.
Must reside in the Centennial or Parker, Colorado areas.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area.
Stage and photograph vehicles according to AutoCartel standards.
Capture walkaround videos for online platforms.
Upload photos and videos to the internal system.
Enter accurate vehicle data efficiently.
Communicate consistently and professionally with dealerships and managers.
Perform physical work outdoors for up to eight hours daily.
Drive a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
Make consistent, timely visits and maintain accuracy to support ongoing client relationships.
Use productive thinking and self-discipline to maximize time efficiency, including travel time and routes.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
