About The Position

Autocartel is hiring a Dealer Lot Services Specialist to support dealership clients with automotive photography and videography. The role travels to dealerships in the Centennial and Parker, Colorado areas to photograph and video vehicles, then upload the media and vehicle information to an internal system. It is a fast-paced, physically demanding, hands-on position for a self-directed person who enjoys working around vehicles and producing high-quality work.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort working outdoors in active, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Willingness to adapt to changing routes and schedules.
• Car photography experience, or the interest and ability to learn.
• One year of experience in a customer service position.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Required driver's license.
• Must reside in the Centennial and Parker, Colorado areas.

• Previous lot, porter, valet, or outdoor work experience.
• Familiarity with car makes, models, and features.
• Automotive or photography background.
• Photography knowledge or interest in learning.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area.
• Stage and photograph vehicles according to AutoCartel standards.
• Capture walkaround videos for online platforms.
• Upload photos and videos to the internal system.
• Enter accurate vehicle data efficiently.
• Communicate consistently and professionally with dealerships and managers.
• Perform physical work outdoors for up to eight hours daily.
• Drive a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
• Maintain consistent visits, timeliness, and accuracy to support ongoing client relationships.
• Use productive thinking and self-discipline to maximize time efficiency, including travel time and routes.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Benefits

• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour, increasing after the first 30 days to $18.00 per hour plus production-based bonuses; most employees average $25–$35 per hour including bonuses.
