Dealer Lot Services Specialist
About The Position
Autocartel is hiring a Dealer Lot Services Specialist to support dealership clients with automotive photography and videography. The specialist travels to assigned dealerships in the west Fort Worth area on scheduled days to photograph and video vehicle inventory, then uploads the media and vehicle information to Autocartel’s internal system. This hands-on role suits self-starters who can work independently, enjoy being around new cars, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. The role involves outdoor physical work for up to eight hours a day and driving a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
Requirements

- One year of experience in a customer service position.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Required driver’s license.
- Must reside in the West Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area.
- Stage and photograph vehicles according to Autocartel standards.
- Capture walkaround videos for online platforms.
- Upload photos and videos to the internal system.
- Enter accurate vehicle data efficiently.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with dealerships and managers.
- Perform physical work outdoors for up to eight hours daily.
- Drive a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
- Maintain consistent dealership visits, timeliness, and accuracy to support ongoing client relationships.
- Use productive thinking and self-discipline to maximize time efficiency, including travel time and routes.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Benefits
- Starting pay of $15.00 per hour; eligible for production-based bonuses after the first 30 days.
- After the 60th day, base pay increases to $17.50 per hour while remaining eligible for production-based bonuses; the posting says most employees average $25–$35 per hour including bonuses.
