Dealer Lot Services Specialist
About The Position
Autocartel is hiring a Dealer Lot Services Specialist to support dealership photography and videography needs. The specialist travels to assigned dealerships in the Lemmon Ave area of Dallas on scheduled days to capture vehicle inventory and upload media to the company’s internal system. This hands-on role suits self-starters who work independently, enjoy being around new cars, and take pride in producing high-quality work. The position involves staging and photographing vehicles, recording walkaround videos, entering accurate vehicle data, and communicating professionally with dealership contacts and managers. It also includes outdoor physical work for up to eight hours daily and driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions. The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule; full-time employees may average 30–35 hours per week. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with production bonuses available after the first 30 days. After 60 days, the base rate increases to $17.50 per hour while bonus eligibility continues. The employer says most employees average $25–$35 per hour when bonuses are included.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.

- Willingness to adapt to changing routes and schedules.
- Car photography experience, or interest and ability to learn.
- One year of experience in a customer service position.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must reside within the Lemmon Ave, Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area.
- Stage and photograph vehicles according to Autocartel standards.
- Capture walkaround videos for online platforms.
- Upload photos and videos to the internal system.
- Enter accurate vehicle data efficiently.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with dealerships and managers.
- Perform outdoor physical work for up to eight hours daily.
- Drive a variety of vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
- Visit clients consistently and maintain timeliness and accuracy to support ongoing business relationships.
- Use productive thinking and self-discipline to maximize time efficiency, including travel time and routes.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
