Dealer Lot Services Specialist
About The Position
Autocartel is hiring a Dealer Lot Services Specialist to support dealership photography and videography needs in the College Station area. The role travels to assigned dealerships on scheduled days to photograph and video vehicle inventory, then uploads media and vehicle information to the company’s internal system. It is a hands-on position suited to self-starters who work autonomously, enjoy being around cars, and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. The position involves outdoor physical work for up to eight hours daily and driving a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.

- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Interest and ability to grow to full-time status.
- Required driver's license.
- Must reside within the College Station area.

Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned dealerships throughout the assigned area.
- Stage and photograph vehicles according to Autocartel standards.
- Capture vehicle walkaround videos for online platforms.
- Upload photos and videos to the internal system.
- Enter vehicle data accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with dealerships and managers.
- Perform physical work outdoors for up to eight hours daily.
- Drive a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.
- Maintain consistent dealership visits, timeliness, and accuracy to support continued client relationships.
- Use productive thinking and self-discipline to manage time efficiently, including travel time and routes.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Benefits
- Starting pay of $15.00 per hour, with production-based bonus eligibility after the first 30 days.
- After the 60th day, the base rate increases to $17.50 per hour while remaining eligible for production-based bonuses.
- The company reports that most employees average $25–$35 per hour when bonus earnings are included.
