About The Position

This is a full-time dual-rate position at Tropicana Atlantic City, combining the responsibilities of a casino dealer and a supervisor. The role involves dealing assigned games according to established policies and procedures, providing proactive, friendly, and engaging service at the gaming table. As a supervisor, the employee will oversee the operations of their assigned area, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and departmental policies. This includes managing dealing procedures, maintaining game pace, and being directly responsible for customer service objectives. Employees will be evaluated periodically for suitability in the dual-rate function and may perform special assignments for upper management.
