Requirements

• Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Possess a current Class C driver's license which is not under suspension.
• Reside in one of the following counties: Philadelphia, Chester, or Delaware.
• Able to perform essential job functions.
• Undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site audits and examine documents to identify violations or fraudulent activity
• Interpret regulations and contracts to confirm that required procedures are being followed
• Review titling and registration financial documents to verify that proper fees are submitted
• Prepare audit reports, recommend sanctions, and provide written notifications of findings
• Log audit results, track sanctions, and prepare statistical summaries and analysis reports
• Report suspected violations, recommend process improvements, and testify when required
