Requirements
- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Possess a current Class C driver's license which is not under suspension.
- Reside in one of the following counties: Cambria, Indiana, Huntingdon, or Blair.
- Able to perform essential job functions.
- Submission of criminal history reports.
- Undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site audits and review documents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and contract requirements
- Identify potential violations or fraudulent activity and report concerns to management
- Analyze titling and registration financial documents to confirm correct fees and proper procedures
- Prepare audit reports, track findings, and issue warning or sanction letters as required
- Recommend training needs for contractors based on audit results
- Maintain effective working relationships and provide information at hearings or meetings as needed
