Requirements

  • Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Possess a current Class C driver's license which is not under suspension.
  • Reside in one of the following counties: Cambria, Indiana, Huntingdon, or Blair.
  • Able to perform essential job functions.
  • Submission of criminal history reports.
  • Undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site audits and review documents to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and contract requirements
  • Identify potential violations or fraudulent activity and report concerns to management
  • Analyze titling and registration financial documents to confirm correct fees and proper procedures
  • Prepare audit reports, track findings, and issue warning or sanction letters as required
  • Recommend training needs for contractors based on audit results
  • Maintain effective working relationships and provide information at hearings or meetings as needed
