About The Position

The Lottery Drawing Officer position with the Security and Investigations Division offers an exciting chance to support fair and secure lottery drawings for the people of Pennsylvania. This position allows you to work in a broadcast setting while helping maintain secure and dependable drawing processes. This role supports the secure and accurate operation of Pennsylvania Lottery drawings while working in both studio and office settings. You will help ensure every drawing follows required procedures and all results are verified and communicated properly.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Ability to learn new computer systems.
• Willing and able to work nights and weekends.
• Able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct official drawings for all games while following strict procedures and schedules
• Arrange, schedule, and assist public witnesses who participate in live evening drawings
• Move, set up, load, and unload drawing machines, ball sets, and related materials
• Operate drawing machines on-air, follow visual cues, and interact with production staff during broadcasts
• Document drawing activities, test results, and equipment selections by hand and in computer systems
• Compare drawing results with CPA records, update systems, and ensure accurate reporting to all required parties
