About The Position

A Product Handler maintains a safe, accurate, and productive work environment by stacking products coming off a conveyor into safe, secure pallet loads. The role uses an RF scan gun to scan cases and associate them with the designated load label, stacks and cubes pallets to maximize capacity and shipping efficiency, and closes completed loads by wrapping them and moving them from the line with a pallet jack. The position also supports customer service, teamwork, ongoing learning, and Rural King's values while meeting quality and production goals and maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Stack products exiting the conveyor into safe and secure pallet loads.
• Use an RF scan gun to scan cases off the conveyor and associate them with the designated load label.
• Stack and cube pallets securely to maximum capacity to maximize shipping efficiency.
• Close completed loads, secure them with wrap, and pull them from the line using a pallet jack.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality and production goals.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and issues.
