About The Position

Kwik Trip, Inc. is hiring full-time Material Handlers for its DeForest Distribution Center, a 286,000-square-foot facility that opened in November 2025. The center supports Kwik Trip’s vertical integration efforts, with a team responsible for supplying approximately 90 percent of the various products sold at its store locations.

Material Handlers accurately pull orders in the freezer zone or on the dry side, using equipment such as a Power Pallet Jack or Reach Lift. The schedule consists of four 10-hour overnight shifts, beginning at 7:00 p.m. and continuing until the end of the shift. Work includes weekends and holidays, with possible overtime opportunities. The role pays an additional $2 per hour for night shifts and $1 per hour while working in the freezer. Actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity.
