Responsible for the creation, cataloging, and maintenance of process documentation for the Operations Support team. Milliman delivers market-leading services and solutions to clients worldwide. Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Works well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal work product
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to productively respond to change

Responsibilities

  • Document processes and create SOP’s for Operations Support and CPG teams.
  • Review documentation provided for transitioning processes to CPG for adherence to best practices.
  • Review existing documentation to ensure best practices are being maintained.
  • Update documentation as necessary, distributing the updated material to the appropriate groups.
  • Work with CPG Help Desk to ensure consistency of process and adherence to best practices.
  • Work with the SME to facilitate any necessary training for new/updated documentation.
  • Document and maintain library of global processes.
  • Communicate with management regularly on high profile issues and their resolution.
  • Monitor progress for all assigned projects and update the appropriate project management tool(s) on a proactive and timely basis.
  • Provide Help Desk support during high volume times.
  • Ensure final work products are of high quality, provided in a timely fashion and adhere to internal peer review guidelines.
