About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant shift manager to open and lead the restaurant Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a critical role involving the restaurant’s scratch-made menu items and ensuring guests receive service at an exceptionally high level.

This is a full-time daytime position. The hourly wage is in the $19–$20 range. Health, dental, and life insurance eligibility, as well as PTO accrual, begin at six months.

Requirements

• Experience as a restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent drive-thru experience.
• High standards of operational execution.
• Guest-focused approach.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven approach to food, value, and customer service.
• Ability to taste and handle all menu items.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds from the ground up.
