Professional Building Services (PBS) is hiring dependable applicants for a Part-Time Day Supervisor for Commercial Custodial Business in the Quad Cities Area. This position involves traveling to job sites in the Quad Cities, IA. The ideal candidate must have previous supervisor experience, be dependable, honest, and trustworthy, and possess reliable transportation. A background check will be conducted by the employer. Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple cleaning crews at different locations.
• Lead Effectively & Efficiently.
• Maintain Budget & Building Criteria.
• Team Oriented w/ Area Supervisors, Operations Manager, Customer Concierge & other key Team Members.
• Enforce Policies, Conduct, and Disciplinary Actions.
• Inspections
• Equipment & Supply Maintenance
• Document Reports
