About The Position

Pathways for Life is hiring a Day Program Caregiver to support people with developmental disabilities in their daily routines and activities. The role focuses on compassionate, respectful care that promotes independence, safety, wellbeing, and meaningful connections. Caregivers implement behavior support strategies and collaborate with supervisors and other professionals to provide comprehensive care. They are expected to uphold members’ rights and dignity and ensure members’ comfort and safety. The position is available part-time or full-time, Monday through Friday. The guaranteed base rate is $16 per hour, with scheduled raises tied to milestones and referral bonus opportunities.
