About The Position

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is recruiting ambitious achievers and experienced leaders for its Store Operations team. Team members provide customer service and help customers access financial solutions, including check cashing, money transfers, and loans or pawns. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
Proficiency with phones, point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for use throughout the workday; mileage is compensated.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including frequently remaining stationary and standing up to 90% of the time, moving and transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
Completion of a background check; checks and results are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Nice To Haves

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
Prior cash handling and cash drawer or vault management experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish ability; may be required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

Greet and connect with customers to build lasting relationships, encourage repeat business, and provide a strong customer experience.
Review, validate, and accurately process financial transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and loans or pawns.
Explain transactions and offer personalized financial services suited to customers’ needs.
Assist with customer account management, collections, and accepting customer payments.
Participate in in-store and community events and external marketing.
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store.
Complete ongoing training and follow company policies, procedures, and office security protocols, including managing a cash drawer.
