  • Valid Texas driver’s license, a clean driving record, and personal auto insurance meeting the company’s minimum coverage requirements.
  • Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting tools, supplies, and debris for daily travel between properties throughout DFW.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods; and work outdoors in all Texas weather conditions.
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently, manage a route schedule, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos, complete checklists, send email, and log work.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.

  • Clean vacant suites to a market-ready standard following tenant move-outs and ahead of showings and move-ins, including warehouse floors, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and windows, and remove debris left by prior occupants.
  • Walk vacant suites regularly to confirm they remain clean, secure, and show-ready, checking doors and locks, lights, thermostat settings, and signs of leaks or pest activity.
  • Document suite condition with photos and checklists before and after each cleaning and share them with the Property Management team.
  • Complete light property projects as assigned, such as touch-up painting, replacing accessible light bulbs, installing or removing signage, and minor repairs within the scope of the role.
