About The Position
Pritchard Industries is a provider of facility services, including facility maintenance, janitorial services, landscaping, and snow removal. The Day Porter provides porter services to help maintain buildings and facilities in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Duties may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and performing other miscellaneous duties. The ideal candidate has a professional attitude and appearance and is proactive, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to follow instructions from a supervisor and complete tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
- Janitorial experience is a plus; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide porter services.
- Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors.
