About The Position

CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Porter for Silo City Apartments, an affordable housing property in Buffalo, NY. The Property Porter maintains the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of the property to provide a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role includes daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, model apartments, laundry facilities, and common areas; cleaning vacant apartments as assigned; and reporting supply needs to management. Candidates must pass a three-year background check and pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office and restrooms daily.
• Clean and maintain model apartments daily.
• Clean vacant apartments as assigned by the Superintendent.
• Ensure vacant units remain fresh, clean, and free of odors.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of laundry facilities each day.
• Notify management of supply needs on a bi-monthly basis.
• Perform daily cleaning duties, including carpets, windows, community rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.
