Day Porter Cleaning Technician- Greenville, WI - 24803 (Fox Valley Operations Non Medical)

The Day Porter Cleaning Technician maintains the cleanliness of the assigned building by performing a range of cleaning duties. Duties may vary based on building size, team staffing, and operational needs, and may change during employment. The role is located in Greenville, Wisconsin, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This is a part-time, first-shift position.
Requirements
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes or boots are required.
- A safety vest, safety glasses, and earplugs are required.
- Must comply with applicable safety policies and procedures.
- Must report to work on time and work extra hours when needed.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restroom sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other surfaces; replenish bathroom supplies and polish metal fixtures and fittings.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; perform other floor care such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing when required.
- Clean and disinfect break room and kitchenette sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, and other surfaces; replenish supplies.
- Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and other areas.
- Empty wastebaskets and recycling containers and transport waste to the disposal area.
- Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner.
- Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
- Report to work on time and work extra hours when needed.
- Follow required safety policies and procedures, including those for handling cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ensure assigned work is neat, accurate, and thorough.
