About The Position

Polar IT Services is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Business Systems Analyst for a six-month contract supporting a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The role supports end-to-end data warehouse development, ETL application design, and comprehensive data analysis. The analyst will bridge business stakeholders and technical data engineering teams, translating complex P&C insurance requirements into data integration and reporting solutions. The position is based in Jersey City, New Jersey, on a hybrid basis, and requires direct W2 employment. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, or EAD holders eligible for direct W2 employment.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Data Analyst specializing in data warehousing and ETL environments.
• Hands-on experience in the Property & Casualty insurance domain, such as claims, policy, underwriting, billing, or reinsurance.
• Strong SQL skills for data profiling, testing, and debugging across relational databases.
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, data lineage, master data management, and ETL tools and processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and requirements documentation skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or EAD holder eligible for direct W2 employment.
