About The Position

Premier Brands Group Holdings is a global apparel group with businesses in denim, women's apparel, jewelry, and accessories. The Data Steward, Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product and material master data across SAP and related enterprise systems. The role supports product setup, data governance, system integrations, inventory management, and process improvements in partnership with IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Operations teams. The position manages product information across multiple business units, brands, and categories; supports product launches, inventory visibility, replenishment, and product lifecycle updates; and contributes to SAP S/4HANA and related ERP enhancements, integrations, testing, and upgrades. It also supports data audits, cleansing, migration, reporting, documentation, and training, while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and automate data maintenance and reporting.

Requirements

Experience in master data management, data governance, product information management, or related business systems.
Working knowledge of SAP, preferably S/4HANA, and ERP data management processes.
Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and master data integrations.
Understanding of product lifecycle management, inventory processes, and supply chain operations.
Experience with data cleansing, validation, reporting, and process improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools, including Power BI.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information across multiple systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT and cross-functional business teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (degree preferred).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE), Informatica PIM, or comparable enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product, material, vendor, and related master data across SAP and integrated business systems.
Oversee new product and item setup, including product attributes, classifications, pricing information, and lifecycle updates.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP, Product Information Management (PIM), and related platforms.
Perform regular data audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections to maintain data integrity.
Support data governance initiatives by standardizing product information, maintaining data quality, and improving documentation.
Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to support product launches, inventory visibility, and replenishment processes.
Coordinate master data requirements for new product introductions, updates, and discontinuations.
Support SAP S/4HANA and related ERP system enhancements, integrations, testing, and upgrades.
Identify opportunities to automate product setup, data maintenance, and reporting processes.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot system issues, resolve data discrepancies, and improve workflows.
Maintain product information across multiple business units, brands, and categories.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tracking tools to support business operations.
Support data cleansing, migration, validation, and system improvement initiatives.
Prepare documentation, procedures, and training materials related to master data management.
Partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system performance.
