About The Position

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking a proactive, hands-on Data & Reporting Analyst to build and maintain trusted reporting for its U.S. business. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, this role owns Power BI and Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) reporting and works across Salesforce, ERP, the data warehouse, and Excel. The analyst investigates data, identifies gaps and discrepancies, and develops practical fixes and improvements for a growing commercial organization. The role designs dashboards and translates business questions into clear reports focused on meaningful metrics. It extracts, transforms, and models data; maintains reporting accuracy and governance; documents KPI definitions, sources, logic, and models; and partners with sales, finance, commercial leaders, IT, and global BI teams. The analyst also uses AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, streamline recurring reporting, and identify opportunities to build agents, bots, or workflows. The position is permanent and full-time, based in Iselin, New Jersey, with a hybrid working model. Compensation is $85,000–$105,000 per annum, based on experience. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Economics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
Proven hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM), including dashboards and recipes or dataflows, and comfort working with Salesforce data.
Strong SQL skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Active, everyday use of AI tools at work and curiosity about further applications.
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset, including identifying and acting on problems and opportunities without being asked.
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
Ability to communicate data clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a B2B, sales, distribution, or commercial environment.
Experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, or similar automation tools.
Exposure to forecasting or predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Power BI and CRMA dashboards that provide sales, finance, and leadership with a clear and trusted view of performance.
Translate business questions into intuitive reports focused on the metrics that matter.
Analyze trends, variances, and anomalies, and proactively present insights and recommendations.
Extract, transform, and model data from Salesforce, ERP, the data warehouse, and other sources using Power Query, SQL, and CRMA recipes or dataflows.
Own data accuracy and integrity across reporting; find, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies.
Integrate new data sources as business needs evolve.
Establish and maintain KPI definitions, reporting standards, and documentation of data sources, logic, and models.
Keep reporting solutions reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
Partner with sales, finance, and commercial leaders to understand needs, challenge requirements where useful, and deliver practical solutions.
Work with IT and global BI teams to improve the data foundation and reporting processes.
Use AI tools to speed up analysis, automate recurring reporting, and generate narrative insights.
Identify and drive opportunities to automate manual work, including building agents, bots, or workflows as the role grows.
Stay current on BI and AI capabilities and bring forward improvement ideas.
