About The Position

Sunshine Bouquet Company is hiring an entry-level Data & Reporting Analyst to support daily reporting for teams across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Leadership. The role involves gathering, organizing, validating, analyzing, and presenting data. It is suited to a recent graduate or candidate with 1–2 years of experience who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing a career in data and reporting. Training on company systems and tools is provided.

The position is based in Dayton, New Jersey, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days on-site. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The stated annual salary is $60,000 to $70,000, plus paid time off, benefits, and a 401(k). Employees become eligible to enroll in the company’s medical benefits program after completing their probationary period.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in an analytical, reporting, or data-focused role; internships count.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and SUMIFS formulas, and basic charting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication skills and comfort asking questions.
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
• Genuine interest in learning new tools and techniques.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI or another dashboard or visualization tool.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with Power Query or Excel automation.
• Coursework or projects in data analysis or statistics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel.
• Pull data from company ERP systems and organize it for analysis.
• Clean and validate data, and flag errors or inconsistencies.
• Track key metrics and help identify trends or changes worth investigating.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests from team members.
• Document report steps and processes so they are easy to follow and repeat.
• Look for ways to make manual reporting faster and more accurate.
